Our goal is to enable independent experts to come together and find the value in team.  We are a genuine community working with major clients at the nexus between accelerating transformation and postively disruptive innovation.

We wear many hats and as you can imagine our clients are keen to label us and categorise our services.  However like you ...we are hard to categorise and most definately dont serve a traditional role.

Needless to say, we are always interested in hearing from like minded adventurers in business model innovation, service design, product or process innovation.

Client side interim:

Innovation Project managers (3)

Leeds

South London

We have several opportunities for experienced innovation project management and project leads.  To be considered for these roles our clients require you have experience in industrial process or service innovation.

The roles are in support of implementing and managing resultant collaborative innovation programmes established from our works in exploring new processes, systems and solutions in utilities and infrastructure .

The opportunity is for full or part time placement on attractive day rates on interim contract.  The contracts will be associated to project timeframes which vary from 6 months to 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Work opportunities are diverse and include management of projects relating to pipe network intelligence pilots to enabling better maintenance and fleet management processes.  The initiatives are well supported and represent substancial change and transformation initiatives. 

Required skills:

To be suitable for these positions you must have :

- Completed continuous improvement or innovative deployment in a previous role

- Experienced in delivery of a major innovation project.

- Relevant specialist knowledge/expertise, for example, buiness case development, grant funding, commercial       partnerships,  technology adoption in complex organisations.

- Due to the criticality of these roles the applicants will be required to interface with the +ADD national account management, lead team consultants and client side operational management and senior operational leadership at the highest level.

- Innovation managers will also need to nurture the alliance's close relationships with several key supply chain organisations

- The individual will be tasked with realising new approaches and prototyped processes.  This will involve project definition, enabling partnership developments, considering commercials and coordinating collaborative activities.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in industrial and or utility/ infrastructure innovation and want to work full or part time with a vibrant & busy team.

You will be confident & outgoing with excellent attention to detail.

+ADD is seeking a Team Co-ordinator to support their friendly consulting and delivery teams nationally. If you have excellent attention to detail, coordination, a passion for technology and innovation, strong interpersonal skills this could be the perfect position for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of comprehensive action plans

  • Procurement for project work and time planning

  • Ability to communicate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Creation of project documentation, reports and plans

  • Risk assessment

  • Delegation of works as required

  • Supporting book-keeping and operational accounts management

  • Support office administration and enquiry handling

Required skills:

- Proven project coordination experience

- Excellent time management and communication skills

- Ability to prepare and interpret project reports

- Strong interest in technology including how devises work

- Experience using project management tools such as TeamworkPM, and CRM tools

This role is set central Newcastle but may well require occassional national travel in line with our growing interests UK wide.

We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer to support delivery of marketing and communications activity for +ADD.

As a key member of the team reporting to the Managing director and working with our National account manager and team associates, you will work on the +ADD’s external presence across media, social media, web estate, and lead multi-channel PR and marketing campaigns to raise our profile and grow our client and stakeholder community.

This is a new and exciting role providing an opportunity to develop your communications experience. The right candidate will be able to make their mark and have a real impact on +ADD Strategy’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement organisation brand guidelines, monitoring and providing feedback to wider team to ensure brand consistency

- Lead +ADD’s PR and marketing campaigns ; Deliver communications and marketing campaigns/ Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities

- Research, write and distribute media releases /copy for media

- Coordinate lead generation campaigns across the companies website, social media channels and partner organisations / Produce targetted communication campaigns including A/B testing/ Collect quantative and qualitatative data from marketing campaigns, analyse and present the data effectively

- Manage +ADD’s web estate ; manage updating and ensure it is SEO optimised (Squarespace)

- Manage +ADD’s social media accounts ;

- Create monthly marketing reports to look at return on investment on our marketing activities

- Provide clear communication briefs to designers and other suppliers/ work alongside external graphic designers to ensure agreed outcomes are met

- Support the graphical development of consultancy and training products / Tools

Required skills:

- Educated to degree level / Recognised qualification in communications or marketing (or working towards this) or equivalent experience

- Exceptional written skills / Strong attention to detail / Strong proof-reading and editing skills

- Strong working knowledge of social media tools and techniques / Some HTML knowledge (desirable) / Mailchimp / Surveymonkey experience (desirable)

- Wordpress / Squarespace experience (highly desirable) / Google Ads, Google analytics and SEO experience (desirable) Skills/Characteristics

Highly effective organisational skills, with ability to manage a varied workload / Calm and resilient, with ability to work well under pressure

Ability to interpret stakeholders needs and present and explain ideas / solutions back to them and others

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

As a team consultant at +ADD, you will lead form account relationships and lead on topical project delivery with excellence and impact to our clients. 

The role is core to our team and requires the ability to lead and coordinate delivery, understand our methods and deliver workshops/ sessions and high quality reporting. Your role means you need to be able to analyze and understand a business quickly, to be able to speak the language of different groups and diverse clients and to be able to quickly create focus and consensus to move concepts forward

You will actively seek opportunity and create value in the business, gaining substantial rewards as an account lead, building proposals and selecting delivery teams with our support.

Key Responsibilities:
