Our innovation exchange visit initiatives support +ADD’s integrated training programmes but are open to other clients.

The visits are curated to enable you to explore innovation practice in different but adjacent industries, sharing some attributes and not others.

Participation in our visit programmes is restricted to 12 individuals and they are organised to support common interests and ensure synergy.

Exchange programmes typically include a place on four visits and are often co-ordinated with partner agencies who share common values in contemporary supply chain and industry led innovation practice.

Sharing best practice through a site visit provides an opportunity to meet a variety of stakeholders in the innovation journey. Seeing innovation at first hand is different to glossy events and presentations, offering real insight into everday innovation processes and practice.
