Team Associate

+ADD enables organisations in the public and private sector to accelerate change. Our goal is to establish faster, better and quicker enterprise through instilling agile innovation and design led thinking into workforce and supply community.

Following successful engagement in a range of longer term contracts, we are seeking a senior associate to join the management team and build our interim placement and framework support propositions.

The role is specifically to accelerate recruitment of national and international expertise into our community and to enable new opportunities in framework and innovation partner supply.

The opportunity is to join as a Team Associate working with the management team on a part time basis. The role will be aligned with a new SBU (strategic business unit) and you will have the opportunity to share in the success and rewards of the growth of this business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

In principal you will work with our national account manager to selectively engage with our key clients, scale tier 1 suppliers and associated framework partners to embed +ADD into contract arrangements as a delivery partner.

+ADD operates a community of discrete skills associated with innovation and transformation. Your role will in part be to accelerate the growth of this community and its reputation in line with our ambitions.

Required skills:

To be suitable for this position you must have :

- Experience of recruiting for relevant roles such as innovation managers, service designers, business modellers and designers.

- You will have expertise in how to use social and press channels to develop the +ADD community.

- You will have sound understanding of associated legal requirements and documentation.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and be able to articulate how they will add value to the +ADD proposition, leadership team and the business.

You will be confident & outgoing with excellent attention to detail.

Innovation project



We have an opportunity for a innovation research executive.  To be considered for these roles our clients require some experience in researching and investigating science and technology, funding and opportunities in relation to innovation projects.

The roles are in support of implementing and managing resultant collaborative innovation programmes established from our works in exploring new processes, systems and solutions in utilities and infrastructure .

The opportunity is for full or part time placement on attractive day rates on interim contract.  The contracts will be associated to project timeframes which vary from 6 months to 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Work opportunities are diverse and will include management of diverse projects ranging from pipe network intelligence to new soft furnishing materials technology.  The initiatives are well supported and represent substancial change and transformation initiatives. 

There will also be opportunities to engage in culture works and topical skills developments including innovation training and development initiatives.

Required skills:

To be suitable for these positions you must have :

- Experienced in delivery of innovation related project.

- Relevant specialist knowledge/expertise, for example, buiness case development, grant funding, commercial       partnerships,  technology adoption in complex organisations.

- Due to the criticality of these roles the applicants will be required to interface with the +ADD national account management, lead team consultants and client side operational management and senior operational leadership at the highest level.

- Innovation managers will also need to nurture the alliance's close relationships with several key supply chain organisations

- The individual will be tasked with realising new approaches and prototyped processes.  This will involve project definition, enabling partnership developments, considering commercials and coordinating collaborative activities.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in innovation and want to work full or part time with a vibrant & busy team.

You will be confident & outgoing with excellent attention to detail.

We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to support delivery of marketing and communications activity for +ADD.

As a key member of the team reporting to the Managing director and working with our National account manager and team associates, you will work on the +ADD’s external presence across media, social media, web estate, and lead multi-channel PR and marketing campaigns to raise our profile and grow our client and stakeholder community.

This is a new and exciting role providing an opportunity to develop your communications experience. The right candidate will be able to make their mark and have a real impact on +ADD Strategy’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement organisation brand guidelines, monitoring and providing feedback to wider team to ensure brand consistency

- Lead +ADD’s PR and marketing campaigns ; Deliver communications and marketing campaigns/ Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities

- Research, write and distribute media releases /copy for media

- Coordinate lead generation campaigns across the companies website, social media channels and partner organisations / Produce targetted communication campaigns including A/B testing/ Collect quantative and qualitatative data from marketing campaigns, analyse and present the data effectively

- Manage +ADD’s web estate ; manage updating and ensure it is SEO optimised (Squarespace)

- Manage +ADD’s social media accounts ;

- Create monthly marketing reports to look at return on investment on our marketing activities

- Provide clear communication briefs to designers and other suppliers/ work alongside external graphic designers to ensure agreed outcomes are met

- Support the graphical development of consultancy and training products / Tools

Required skills:

- Educated to degree level / Recognised qualification in communications or marketing (or working towards this) or equivalent experience

- Exceptional written skills / Strong attention to detail / Strong proof-reading and editing skills

- Strong working knowledge of social media tools and techniques / Some HTML knowledge (desirable) / Mailchimp / Surveymonkey experience (desirable)

- Wordpress / Squarespace experience (highly desirable) / Google Ads, Google analytics and SEO experience (desirable) Skills/Characteristics

Highly effective organisational skills, with ability to manage a varied workload / Calm and resilient, with ability to work well under pressure

Ability to interpret stakeholders needs and present and explain ideas / solutions back to them and others

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
