CIWEM South Eastern Branch is pleased to invite you to an evening at South East Water looking at the company's approach to innovation. You will hear presentations from Paul Sutherland, +ADD Strategy Ltd and Tertius Rust, former Innovation Lead at South East Water, now with Jacobs.

This evening will introduce contemporary techniques for incorporating industry best practice into South East Water innovation delivery including techniques such as design thinking, lean start-up, systematic inventive thinking and utilisation of innovation toolbox. You will hear how these techniques can be employed to build a culture of innovation and to accelerate new solutions into business as usual.
