Now is the time to challenge how we organise and deliver innovation!

We have secured dedicated time with three internationally renowned innovation thought leaders and authors.

  • How can we best organise innovation effort in a time of rapid change?

  • Can we rapidly develop a learning culture that can better enable ‘adaptive’ innovation delivery?

  • you move beyond the constraints of a dedicated innovation team?

  • What is ‘Generative Leadership’ and how can it help us to unleash innovation?

  • What tools can enable adaptive and accelerated innovation?

This session explores three different perspectives on innovation culture, new ways of organising for innovation and innovation leadership styles, and provides for an in-depth look at how to build, support, and empower innovation communities and ensure our staff are set up to succeed as they start to drive change within our organisations.
