How expert leaders are focusing organisations and delivering innovation results

Innovation, which is needed now more than ever, is at particular risk of disruption and delay as we quickly reorient ourselves and our teams to meet the current upheaval created by Covid-19.

Join us for our online Results-Driven Innovation Masterclass to learn from innovation leaders across industry and research to learn how you can adapt your innovation activity to respond effectively to the current situation

‘What is A Masterclass?’

Our online masterclass sessions are in-depth, practical and detailed learning events.

Each event is part of our ‘Innovation Evolved’ programme, which covers a series of specialist topics for corporate innovation effectiveness. Each one is joined by authors, industry leaders and experts in that topic; attendees will hear specialist talks, engage in interactive exercises and have the chance to get feedback or answers to questions from people who have a history of innovation success.

You will leave this masterclass having learned:

1.      Best practice and guidance from industry leaders in adapting to crisis; how they are ensuring they maintain momentum against key targets.

2.      How to reassess your innovation initiatives. Adapt them to deliver clear impact in the short and medium-term and benefit from disruption.

3.      How you can build a personalised process to hit your targets and find out which digital tools to use in a changing landscape of work.
